乾燥肌さんにおすすめ！エスティローダーのリキッドファンデ

Just bought a new liquid foundation from Estee Lauder.
I’ve been using Chanel for forever, but felt that it wasn’t working for me anymore..since I’ve added on a few years and it’s apparently showing on my skin.

I have a rather dry skin all year round.
I’ve tried several samples this time, even had the beauty clerks try the makeup on me.
And of all the ones I’ve tried, Estee’s Futurist Aqua Brilliance worked on me the best!

Was a bit pricey, but definitely worth the yens.

Another skin care product that I’ve been sharing with everyone is Shu Uemura’s cleansing.
My pores needed serious help, and this worked like magic!
I think there’s like 7 kinds of cleansing for all types of skin.

The one I used is this brown Ultime 8 Sublime for extra dry skin.

I’m usually not the type to spend too much on cosmetics, but ‘age ain’t nothing but a number’? Yeah..I wish.

”age ain’t nothing but a number”

まずこの”ain’t” は”isn’t” のスラングで、洋楽や洋画などでよく耳にすると思います。

意味は「is not」ですが、使い方は「He ain’t」「 It ain’t」 に加え、
「I ain’t」のように文法を無視した使われ方もされます。

日本語で言うと「○○じゃねーよ」に近い感じかな～
例えば「I ain’t scared!」＝「 怖くねーよ！」

かなり砕けた言い方にはなるので、使う場面は気をつけましょう！

 

「nothing but」の意味は「～に過ぎない」、「～以外の何ものでもない」なので、

「年齢は数字以外の何ものでもない、ただの数字だ」という意味合いです。

 

また、文章の中で私は「age ain’t nothing but a number」を疑問形にし、
その後に「Yeah i wish」と書いてるので、

「年齢はただの数字？だと良いのにね、、」という意味です。
